Shipping Policy

1. Overview

This Shipping Policy explains how Altius Ventures LLP ships Terra Pure Kitchen and Terra Pure Farms products domestically in India and internationally.

2. Domestic — Terra Pure Kitchen retail jars

Coverage: all-India serviceable pincodes.
Courier partners: Delhivery, Bluedart, Ekart, India Post Speed Post.
Standard lead time: 3–7 business days from order confirmation, depending on destination.
Shipping charge: free above order threshold (currently published at checkout); flat fee below.
Packaging: cushioned corrugated mailer; food-grade pouch or jar; tamper-evident seal; FSSAI-compliant labelling.
Tracking: link shared by SMS / email / WhatsApp on dispatch.
Risk transfer: on courier-acknowledged delivery.

3. Domestic — B2B / bulk

Bulk pack sizes: 1, 5, 10, 25 kg cartons.
Quoted FOR Nagpur or Mumbai, by surface road transport.
Lead time: 5–10 business days within India.
Packaging: corrugated outer carton with HDPE inner liner.
Risk transfer: on loading at the dispatch warehouse unless otherwise agreed.

4. Export — Terra Pure Kitchen (dehydrated powders)

HS Code: 0712 / 0910 family — specific 8-digit code on the proforma invoice.
Port of loading: Nhava Sheva (JNPT) by default; Mumbai on request.
Modes: FCL (20-foot / 40-foot), LCL via consolidators, airfreight for samples or expedited small lots.
Incoterms supported (Incoterms® 2020): EXW Nagpur, FCA Nagpur / Mumbai, FOB Nhava Sheva, CFR / CIF [Destination Port], DAP [Destination Address] on request.
Lead time from order confirmation to dispatch: typically 14–21 days.
Documentation: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate where required, GI certificate copies for GI-tagged SKUs, third-party lab analysis, APEDA RCMC copy.

5. Export — Terra Pure Farms (fresh produce)

HS Codes: 0803 / 0806 / 0808 / 0810 family.
Port of loading: Nhava Sheva by default for reefer; Mumbai for airfreight perishables.
Cold chain: pre-cooled at packhouse; refrigerated road transport to port; reefer container temperature set per varietal.
Documentation: commercial invoice, packing list, phytosanitary certificate (APEDA), certificate of origin, GI certificate where applicable.
Lead time: 7–14 days from order confirmation, harvest window dependent.
Country-permission status varies by SKU and destination — request the current country-permission matrix.

6. Insurance

For CIF orders we arrange marine cargo insurance at customary terms (Institute Cargo Clauses A); cost is included in the CIF price.
For FOB / CFR orders, the buyer is responsible for insurance from the port of loading onward.
Domestic retail orders are insured to the value of the order against in-transit damage by courier.

7. Damaged or missing shipments

Notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photographs of outer packaging and product, lot number, container number (export), and a brief description. For B2B / export claims, follow the procedure in our Return Policy. We assess the claim against the agreed Incoterm and the carrier’s terms.
