Return Policy

1. Our commitment
We stand behind every Terra Pure product. If a product reaches you damaged, defective, mis-shipped or materially out of spec, we will replace it, issue a credit, or refund per the terms set out below.
2. Direct-to-consumer retail jars (within India)
Returnable within 7 days of delivery:
- Unopened jars where you have changed your mind.
- Jars that arrive damaged in transit (broken seal, broken jar, leaked content).
- Jars materially different from the SKU ordered (wrong product).
- Jars outside their best-before date at the time of delivery.
Not returnable:
- Opened jars — for hygiene and food-safety reasons, consistent with FSSAI guidance.
- Jars beyond 7 days from delivery.
- Jars purchased outside terrapure.co.in (contact the marketplace or distributor).
- Limited-edition single-harvest drops — refunds only where the harvest is sold out.
To initiate: email trade@terrapure.shop within 7 days of delivery with order number, photograph of the jar (outer label and any damage), and reason. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receipt to the original payment instrument.
3. B2B / wholesale orders (within India)
- Returns are not accepted once goods have been accepted at the buyer’s nominated point of delivery.
- Material short-shipment, mis-shipment or defect claims must be raised by email within 48 hours of receipt, supported by invoice number, lot number, photograph of the affected cartons, and a written description.
- Where the claim is verified, we will at our option: ship replacement stock; issue a credit note; or refund the affected portion of the invoice.
4. Export orders
- Export shipments are not returnable once Bill of Lading has been issued.
- Claims for short-shipment, damaged cartons or out-of-spec lots must be raised within 48 hours of receipt at the buyer’s bonded warehouse, with: commercial invoice number, packing list, container number, lot number, photographs of affected cartons (including outer packaging, palletisation and inner liner), and an excerpt of the spec sheet referenced.
- For cold-chain breach claims on Farms produce, include the temperature-log download from the reefer container and the carrier’s case reference.
- Verified claims are settled by: replacement at the next available shipping window where supply permits; credit note against future export orders; or partial refund of the invoice.
5. Refund timing
- Domestic retail refunds: 7–10 business days to the original payment instrument.
- B2B credit notes: issued within 7 business days; offset against next invoice or refunded by wire on written request.
- Export refunds: 14–21 business days from claim verification; refunded by wire transfer.
6. Limitations
- We do not refund consequential losses, downstream contract losses, or losses arising from your onward sale or use of the product, except as required by applicable law.
- Photographs alone are not conclusive evidence of a claim; we may request the affected stock, retained samples or third-party verification before settling material claims.
- Custom private-label production runs are non-cancellable and non-returnable once production has commenced, except for defect.
