1. Operator and acceptance
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of terrapure.co.in and any related services operated by Altius Ventures LLP. By accessing the site, requesting a dossier, placing an order, or otherwise interacting with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Operator: Altius Ventures LLP, registered at A4, Mukund Apartments, South Ambazari Road, Nagpur, Maharashtra 440001, India. PAN: ACKFA1939J. GSTIN: 27ACKFA1939J1Z5. IEC: ACKFA1939J. APEDA RCMC: RCMC/APEDA/20762/2025-2026.
2. Nature of the site
The site operates two product divisions: Terra Pure Kitchen (single-origin dehydrated food powders, retail and B2B) and Terra Pure Farms (export-grade fresh fruit and vegetables, B2B only).
3. Intellectual property
All content on the site — text, photographs, illustrations, logos, the “Terra Pure” word and design marks, the names of our origin partners, and the visual identity — is owned by us or licensed to us, and is protected by Indian and international copyright and trade-mark laws.
4. Product information
- Geographical Indication (GI) status, where stated, reflects the registered GI of the underlying agricultural commodity. GI status applies to the commodity at origin; it does not constitute a separate Terra Pure certification.
- Photography is representative; natural products vary by season, harvest and lot.
- Specification ranges (moisture, mesh, ash, microbial limits) are typical ranges; lot-specific values are stated on the relevant spec sheet and lab report.
- Lab reports are issued by FSSAI-notified laboratories on a per-lot or per-batch basis, dated and identifiable to the relevant lot.
5. Pricing, taxes and currency
- Retail prices are in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of GST at the rate applicable on the date of order.
- Bulk / B2B / export pricing is quoted on enquiry, exclusive of GST, freight, insurance and other applicable charges unless expressly stated.
- Export pricing is typically quoted FOB Nhava Sheva or FOB Mumbai. CIF / DAP available on request.
- Prices may change without prior notice; the applicable price is the one confirmed in the proforma invoice or order acknowledgement.
6. B2B / export sales — how orders are formed
For all B2B, bulk and export transactions, no contract is formed until: (a) you submit an order or signed proforma invoice; (b) we issue a written order confirmation referencing the specific SKUs, quantities, pack size, Incoterms, price, lead time, payment terms and shipping mode; and (c) the agreed advance or letter-of-credit instrument is received.
7. Payment
- Retail D2C orders are paid in full at checkout through the site’s payment gateway.
- B2B and export orders are paid by wire transfer or letter of credit per the proforma invoice. An advance is typically required against order; the balance is paid before or against shipping documents per the agreed Incoterm.
- We do not accept cash payment for export orders. Bank details for wire transfer are provided only on the proforma invoice and never via WhatsApp, email forward or unsolicited message.
8. Delivery and risk
For retail orders within India, risk passes on delivery to the courier-acknowledged delivery address. For B2B / export orders, risk passes per the agreed Incoterm (EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP as applicable). Estimated lead times are best estimates only; we are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, force majeure events or other matters outside our reasonable control.
9. Returns, refunds, replacements
Detailed terms are set out in our Return Policy. In summary: unopened retail jars may be returned within 7 days; opened consumable products are not returnable for hygiene reasons. B2B and export shipments are not returnable; replacement or credit may be available for proven defect or short-shipment claims raised within 48 hours of receipt.
10. Warranties and liability
We warrant that products are sold as described in the spec sheet relevant to the lot and meet stated microbial, moisture and pesticide-residue ranges within the tolerance set out in that sheet. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any order is limited to the invoice value of the affected order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive losses.
11. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events outside its reasonable control, including extreme weather, harvest failure, pest or disease outbreak in the relevant origin region, strike, civil unrest, port congestion, vessel diversion, sanctions, war, government act or pandemic.
12. Governing law and dispute resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith discussion within 30 days of written notice.
- Unresolved disputes are referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, by a sole arbitrator mutually agreed (failing agreement, appointed under the Act).
- Seat and venue of arbitration: Nagpur, Maharashtra. Language: English. Courts of Nagpur have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any matter not subject to arbitration.
