Why Terra Pure exists
The most interesting Indian agricultural produce is the produce nobody pays a premium for.
Most of what travels under the label “Indian spice” or “Indian fruit” is bulk commodity material — blended across regions, traded at mandi prices, dried with cheap heat, packed with anti-caking agents. The GI-tagged, single-origin, named-region produce that local cooks have cherished for generations — Mahuva onion, Mandsaur garlic, Waigaon turmeric, Bhiwapur red chilli, Karbi Anglong ginger, Solapur pomegranate, Ratnagiri Alphonso — is quietly disappearing because nobody pays the small premium that keeps those origins alive.
Terra Pure exists to bridge that gap. Forward-buying named lots from named farms. Paying 15–20% above mandi. Dehydrating at low temperature, milling clean, packaging deliberately. And exporting the resulting product with the origin story intact — printed on the label, printed on the case carton, and printed on the certificate of analysis that ships with every consignment.

Single Origin
One credentialed region per ingredient. The region is named on every label, on the case carton and on the certificate of analysis.
Single Ingredient
Nothing else inside. No fillers. No anti-caking agents. No flow aids. No colour enhancers. No preservatives. No blended-grade material.
Single Standard
Every batch lab-tested to the strictest of UK FSA, EU 2023/915 and US FSMA import parameters — whether the powder is bound for Mumbai or for Manchester.

We are
- An export-first B2B brand for buyers who source by name, not by mandi rate.
- A small operator. Named region per SKU. Named farm cluster per region. Named contact at the desk.
- Two divisions: Terra Pure Kitchen (dehydrated single-origin powders) and Terra Pure Farms (export-grade fresh produce).
We are not
- A blender. We do not mix regions to manage cost or volume.
- A commodity trader. We do not buy at the mandi.
- A mass-retail brand. We supply specialty grocers, fine-dining kitchens, and export houses.
The operator behind the brand

Terra Pure is operated by Altius Ventures LLP, a Nagpur-based partnership constituted in June 2025 to build and operate the brand. The export desk, sourcing relationships and quality system all sit within the LLP.
